My dear friend Tao Porchon-Lynch is officially the world’s oldest Yoga teacher. At 93 years old, (4 months older than her former teacher B.K.S. Iyengar), Tao was inducted into the Guinness Book of World Records on May 14th, 2012.

There are so many articles and videos about Tao and her extraordinary life. Her vitality and positive outlook inspire people all over the world on a daily basis.  I recently composed and produced a CD with Tao of her meditations along with my original music. The CD accompanies her book, Reflections: The Yogic Journey of Life

Every day in Tao’s presence is a gift. Whether she is teaching yoga, winning ballroom dance competitions, leading workshops and groups to India and France, or reciting her wondrous poetry, Tao’s love of life speaks for itself! Congratulations to my dear Tao!

Dear Readers, What inspires YOU?
